Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Peter never married again.
