Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, marred by chocolates. He wears his brown hair up. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
