History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Geoffrey and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a grey armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down, and is pretty ugly. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and wants to open a new tavern
