Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roland was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
