History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a very tight haircut. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Shipwright. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Patrick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
