History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Peter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Peter was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.
