History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Simon abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Richard was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Blacksmith. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
