History: Born in the south to a Animal Trainer, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Animal Trainer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Animal Trainer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Animal Trainer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His head has been shaved. He is baby faced.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Shane liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to get a good night's sleep
