Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Hugh was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
