Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Rolf was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Engraver. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
