History: He was born in the east. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears skinny pants and wears a white and brown robe with the hood down. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his top white hat.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Tim and his spouse have recently divorced.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
