History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'0". He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He sports a flattop hair cut. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Alex took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: An older man who wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, he is not a threatening figure. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is greedy

Description: He has a missing left arm. He dresses like a well dressed Interpreter does. His hair is auburn and very short. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roger is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
