Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and yellow handkerchief worn on his left side. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black hair is still thick. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Masseuse for the past few years.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Cory was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: He wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is greedy

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a hunchback. His silver hair is cut short. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Anselm's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Anselm was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Anselm decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
