History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a cook and was forced into it by his family
