Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up work as a Crown-heir and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.
