History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Cory enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it
