Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: Peter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has achieved small success as a Unemployed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult.
