History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his religion dominates his actions

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
