Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Slave Trader born in the past three hundred years. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He's also a talented Cook, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Cook again; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dean never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Alex was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many orcs want him driven away
