Balimaar Badger, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and expand his business
Ideals: Opinionated. Flaws: Mundane. Bonds: Attractive, Criminal record, Job. Occupation: Layabout

Gilbert Paxton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He typically wears pastel cloth garments or leather armor. He has a very tight haircut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. After a long history of fighting, Gilbert and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
