Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heward embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the east to a Farmer, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Heward took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Farmer.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He was born in a small desert village. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Crown-heir again; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Rolf enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: 5'9" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
