Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
