History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Balimaar was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tailor. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
