History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Cory was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a crown-heir again

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a green feather.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and revenge

Description: This light-skinned male wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is greedy
