Gerald Thornton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He carries with him a set of flails, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has gray eyes.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Gerald and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gerald discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gerald fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
