History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
