History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Balimaar reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

History: Geoffrey lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Carpenter soon after.

Description: This younger middle-aged man prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has wavy white hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to clean up the streets
