History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Alex reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Engraver soon after.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
