Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a grey coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His hair is red and curly. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. John was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Conrad was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Alex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.
