History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
