Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He uses divination through singing.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
