History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and balancing his hectic life and new spy responsibilities is difficult

Description: A moderately attractive man, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Simon's homeland. Simon decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He is portly but not overly obese. He has a very tight haircut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Guard.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is golden and very short. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
