History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
