History: John hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Lance was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miner. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has worked as a Slave Trader like his father before him.
