History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Baker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
