History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. John was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Solomon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Solomon took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Solomon and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Miles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: To pay off his debts.
