Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears just a pastel suit. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Charles has worked very hard to control his curse. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
