History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Miles's homeland. Personality: Miles is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the east
