Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a white costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Anselm wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anselm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anselm. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: 6'0" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a violet poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Gomory was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Guard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a tan vest and prefers violet and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Trym's homeland. Trym decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. After a long history of fighting, Trym and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and human compassion
