History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ralf was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and is pretty ugly. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Dean was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
