History: Gunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Gunter has worked very hard to control his curse. During his travels, Gunter and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gunter discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gunter fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Thomas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He became a Tanner soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A freak accident while working with his Merchant father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
