Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available he will default to his longbow. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by drow. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by his family

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, marred by beers. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shipwright profession.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Description: This man wears a grey small hat and grey clothes. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Reynard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His ears are large.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. A true patriot, Conrad would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born in the south. When Conrad reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a glassblower again
