Personality: Manfred is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His tied-back hair is white. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: Rolf speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: Rolf was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This late middle aged man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When Solomon reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Solomon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
