History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Balimaar was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Server. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Server, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
