So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
