Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by drow. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Conrad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
