History: Cory hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Cory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Aldous lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to be a mercenary again

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.
