Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
