Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job
