Description: An older man who dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is knotted and matted. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Percival hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sculptor for the past few years.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
